Dallas Top Chefs Team up for Shatterproof 2017 Rappel Dallas
You already know how I love Dallas restaurants. What I love even more is the generous and talented culinary community behind the restaurants. The passion is evident in many of them in the dishes they create, but also in the way they spend their time outside the kitchen.
On Saturday some of Dallas' top chefs are teaming up to shatter the stigma of addiction by dangling 561 feet in the air off of the iconic Reunion Tower. The Dallas Chefs team has committed to the Shatterproof Challenge Rappel, on May 13th, where they'll rappel down Downtown Dallas' beloved 50-story tower or the 10-story Hyatt Regency Dallas to benefit Shatterproof, the nation's leading nonprofit dedicated to ending the devastation caused by the disease of addiction.
The Dallas Chefs team include an all-star local lineup, including multiple James Beard Winner Stephan Pyles, Alex Astranti, Katherine Clapner, Molly Mandell, Matt McAllister, Aaron Staudemeier, and Nathan Tate.
