"Eat and love con tequila". That's the mantra at restaurateur Joe Palladino's latest concept, Dos Jefes, a tapas and tequila lounge that oozes with cultural flair. Wednesday night a group of DFW bloggers were gathered to sample the new menu at this swanky uptown spot. The worldly influence on the menu is obvious.
