Coming soon to Plano: Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
A new and noteworthy fine dining option is set to open in June in Plano. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will open on the first floor of Legacy Tower, adjacent to the Shops at Legacy, at the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway.
Fleming's began in Newport Beach, California in 1998 by industry vets Paul Fleming and Bill Allen. There are 66 locations nationwide today as well as one in Sao Paulo, Brazil. They have received numerous awards, including Wine Spectator's annual Award of Excellence.
The new steakhouse serves the finest cuts of beef available - USDA Prime, Certified Angus and Wagyu beef, aged at least 21 days. Diners can also share Small Plates, like Braised Short Ribs, Seared Ahi Tuna, or Lobster Tempura.
Complementing the top-notch dining selections is Fleming's award-winning wine program, focused on the Fleming's 100, a specially curated list of 100 wines available by the glass.
At 10,641 square feet, this spacious restaurant is designed elegantly with champagne-inspired pendant lights and floors crafted from reclaimed oak wine barrels. The space will feature an open main dining room area, bar, and three customizable private dining rooms that can be combined to form large space for private events.
At the helm of the new location at 7250 N. Dallas Parkway are Operating Partner Jill Zimmerman and Chef Partner Travis Herbert. Jill and Travis share over 24 years of previous experience in the industry with the Fleming's brand.
