I know it's a chain, but it's definitely a note-worthy one.
The roasted garlic spinach and artichoke dip is a rocking appetizer. Brio was also the first restaurant I found that offered the Bistecca Insalata, what is commonly referred to now as a "wedge salad'. This one features a delicious creamy Parmesan dressing. A couple of pastas to try: Garganelli Carbonara, and Penne Mediterranean. For dessert, order the Dolchino sampler, and sample 5 of their sensuous desserts.
